Being an... Intern for Fair Shake was a highly rewarding and educational experience! I received hands-on opportunities to learn more about how local government works, what constitutes a successful ordinance, and overall how to translate legal jargon and dense text into accessible worksheets and news scans for local communities. I ...feel confident to continue working in the environmental legal field!
